1. The starting point: a scope locked before any code

Before MyDash, running a freelance business meant using tools that never talk to each other. Revenue sits at the bank, tasks in an app, invoices in a local folder. The result: stacked subscriptions, the same information entered three times, and no view of how profitable a project really is.

3. At delivery: a product that stands on its own

The SaaS went to production with its entire source code, documentation covering the architecture, the technical decisions and how to take the project over, then two months of maintenance during which the first users fed back their adjustments.
